i just took a careful look at my cories today
i saw this leopard like corydoras
    which looked really odd
and when i looked carefully, i found a tail spot and fully black dorsal fin
    it was a PANDA
it now has dark lines along the scale ridges and facial markings akin to trilineatus

is it that i mistaken bought some strange cory, or did it really change colours?

are you suggesting that it could mimic other cory species coloration to 'blend' in with the rest?[:0]

    Dea,

i think u either bought a chameleon which thinks that it is a cory or that your fish have problem trying to identify itself.. personality disorder or split personality... cannot make up its mind as to be which species.. hahaha.. []

perhaps it might be both.. aquatic chameleon.. u had the most unique fish in the world..[]hahaha...

I have also seen this with my Metae, they will sometimes appear to have spot and stripes on the flanks, next day they are back to normal, strange.

    i think it's really cool
seems like they're trying to blend in
that might explain why i haven't seen the obvious white on black of my pandas for such a long time
