CO2 reactor is a device used to pre-mix CO2 and water to the aquarium water in a controlled manner. They are typically a chamber of water is pumped through with an input of CO2.
CO2 diffuser is ceramic disc/device that distributes CO2 evenly in form of mist. The good one is ADA Pollen Glass. The CO2 bubble generated by it is the most tiny in the market

have you looked at the link provided by bamby?
there are 4 animated figures there which should answer your queries.
anything specific that you do not understand from those 4 animated figures?

what i meant is diffuser itself can produce co2 right.. it dont need reactor to produce co2? if no , you cant just put the diffuser in the water and bubbble will appear
neither a diffuser nor a reactor produces co2.
you'll need a co2 source; either a co2 cylinder or diy co2 bottle.
