how to secure piping?

tried using white tape, but will have minor leak when i accidentally knock the pipe

will black tape or silicon work?

use those industrial type clear cement for plastic pipe. its orange tin with white cap. i used it for my overflow pipes system. You can get them in those neighborhood hardware shops.
