Moving house!! tank movement??

Hi guys!

I'm about to move to a new place next month. Can I ask? What is the procedure to move the tank? My tank is 3ft, about 190l, 40 gallons. With ada subtrate 32l. Tank is currently filled with CRS and HC covers the entire tank. I also have about 9 small/large ada stones. Attached is a canisiter filter, chiller, HOB filter, illumax 3ft lightings.

Any bros can provide feedback on procedure to reduce weight of tank, and also not to destroy the aquascape? I don't think its absolutely necessary to hire professionals considering I can arrange my own transport for shifting of furnitures in my house. Please advise! Thank you!
