Hi,
seen a lot of pic threads recently, especially those on crs, also make me tempted to post. Do pardon my lousy photography skills.
Malayan shrimps:
somehow this one reminds me of the starry night shrimps from sulawesi
Another one with white stripe on the back
Yellow shrimps:
the tail part of the shell is transparent. maybe genetic?
another one
one group
tiger shrimps:
munching on food

Wow interesting !
Where did you get that micro crab?
In your 2nd post, are they all in the same tank? And what's the size of the tank?
Where did you get those blue macrobrachium? Do you think they can live together with cherry shrimps or other smaller size shrimps?
And by the way, thanks for sharing your beautiful shrimps, mirco crab and snails.![]()
kenny: thanks, the microcrab is actually from thailand.
dean: of course not. If i put them all in the same tank, the blue macrobrachium will have killed the rest of the animals. it is actually a ferrero rocher box that i put the animals in temperarily to photography them as the glass of the main tank is too dirty. the blue macrobrachium was gotten months ago from wuhu at tiong bahru, dont think you can find it now. it can live with small shrimps, but definitely not the micro crab (which crawls very slowly) or the snail.
the shrimp live together?
...people ask why I eat fish even though i'm such an avid fish keeper... Bottom line is that I've been eating fish a lot longer than I've been keeping them...
that blue macrobrachium look badass! nice inverts.
would love to see the tank setup for you critters..
the yellow lives with the tiger shrimps and the micro crab. the rest live alone.
thanks for the info, you live in bangkok? will check it out if i ever go again.
thanks, my tanks are quite messy and full of algae and dirt![]()
