CRS or BDS?

Hey bros, got this shrimplet from a BDS mumma, from the first day i thought it's reddish brown and now at week one it looks maroon to me.

is this the color you get when you mix BDS and CRS? or isit just a CRS from my BDS mumma cos i never seen a CRS shrimplet before hehe

going duties soon, will update with more pictures

your bds must've been carrying a red gene

yes, my last batch i receive this type of shrimplet from BDS.. some of them i receive Blueish green and the red ones will be dark abit on its cheek.. but some say they will turn to brown color and etc.. but so far they never change

let see what the other bro got to say..

Could be a case of "incomplete dominance" to quote from my genetics notes.
Either way, thats an interesting color

Oh? What are you into bro? I took molecular genetics for undergrad, then zoological sciences after

Is it a male or a female? My guess is a female. But it'll be hard to breed true if its incomplete dominance. Its not easy to play Darwin

haha, I did biotechnology in Temasek Polytechnic.. currently in NS, most likely continuing with Biotechnology / Biomedical Science.

Not sure of it's sex yet. It's less than 1cm
