Hi, i just bought the M size filter from C328. It's working fine but i'm just wondering what's the aeration adjuster for?

And should have a gap distance from the water flowing down from the filter and the water surface? will that provide more oxygen?

    Thanks in advance!

the aeration adjuster is for the filtered water to "mix" with air. as long as the tank is not covered, there will still be air exchange for the water.
