Can't blame him. Tapatalk seem to have this bug; will occasionally show old threads as unread. How I know is when one thread with my old posting showed up under unread and even showed that it was just posted not long ago. If it's not my posting I wouldn't know the actual timing too. So sometimes it is not that members go dig up old thread to reply.
