recommended filter for 38L/10G shrimp tank
hi guys, can anyone recommend me a good filter for cleaning the ground but not strong enough to suck in the shrimplets?
i'm currently using a rainbar type filter which is not reaching the bottom of the tank, and the bottom is currently filled with alot of "crap".. tubing the crap out risk tubing the shrimplets out too.. soooooo, any recommendation? 
my 100 gallon tank:
- 23 blood parrots
- 2 high-fin plecostomus
my 10 gallon shrimp tank:
- sakura, cherry, malaya, orange, snowball, tiger, bamboo
- 3 otocinclus, 3 assassin snails
