how much inch of gravel and fertilizer to lay?

Hi folks,

I m new to this hobby. Just got a 4ft x 2ft x 2ft tank and now at the setting up stage.

I need to know should i fill the bottom layer with gravel first follow by fertilizer and follow by gravel (and how many inch of each layer) or

Should i lay with fertilizer at the bottom follow by gravel?

I got Sera floredepot for fertilizer.

You can lay the Sera Floredepot right at the bottom follow by 2-4 inches of gravel.
