i am trying to think of how to get rid of that algae and there are forum friends trying to 'paste' it on them? (Erm... Cute Assassin Snail for sale... Anyone?? LOL)

nerite is out for my new tank.. i wouldn't want any of those explosion of snails in the new tank.. but i read that nerite suppose to breed in brackish water, isn't it?
i won't be adding them into the new tank if that is the case as i dont want GBA to have a start in this new tank...

    Hahaha!
Nerites will not explode...they can only lay eggs, but the eggs don't hatch (or hatch already all die) in fresh water.

I'm not sure...now that there's a clearer picture. It could be marimo that's growing on it. Especially since I see a marimo ball in your tank.

Marimo has already been sold away for while.. But was after my snails grew those hair on them...

they are silent & speedy 'ninja'... move darn fast in the tank... and you can see them in action when they 'sense' other snails... (remind me of my horned nerite snails being eaten up... )
