    Anyone can recommend and let me know where to get good led light for small aquariums? I got the aquatronics, apparently failing due to the fact that it is not water resistant.

    I found Dymax LED quite good. Very bright with dimmer function. Suitable for 1 ft tank.

    is it water resistant? any plastic covering the reflector? I have an aquazonic. Got water from the aerating. Ended up reflector totally blurred and cannot remove. Also a few of the led very dim and some not working. Totally not water resistant at all. 30,000 hours become 30 days, ...

    There is no cover over the LEDs. Maybe can DIY a cover to suit your needs.

    acrylic is too heavy. any other material that doesn’t affect light?
