Uncle told me that he is still renovating.. and once ready he will moved. He is targeting by before end of this month.

He also told me that reason being the landlord had sold off the place to Thomson Medical.. thus he had no chance of renting it further.

They are actually moving to the plot of land at Sembawang Road. I pass by the land weeks ago and it is ready for contruction.
