manual removal might fare the best. (i believe its a 12l not a 120l right?)
if its a bigger tank, mechanical using surface skimmer will clear 98-99 percent. Based on my experience.
Hi guys!
Are there any fish that eat Lemna Minor? I've heard that would applesnails eat it, and I might get a few of them in my 63 l tank. Fish are out of question because of the tiny rasboras I have there.
In my 120 l tank there is too Lemna Minor invasion, and current fish I have there, honey gourami harem (1+2), 5 rams, 1 dwarf acara and 5 pittbulplecos don't care a bit about the plant. I had another plant (Limnobium laevigatum) there, but in almost few months it has almost died - all because of that damn LM.. So would there be some nice LM eating fish to this tank, please give me the latin names too again is you have suggestions.
I know that mechanic removal would be the best (at least some say so) and I might do that in my small tank.
In tetratank (112 l) there is no LM, not sure why. Because of tetras? Water circulation, temps etc are similar in each tank.
Gosh I hate that LM..![]()
