I'm currently using a Dolphin P808, flowrate 1380L/H(too overkill right?), the hole that pumps water out for circulation is really powerful. Although it's adjustable but it's still quite powerful. Imagine shrimps being hit by it

It's a 2(L)x1(W)x1.5(H) tank, going to use it for CPO/Shrimps and growing of moss. How can i reduce the 'power' further?

Or what do you recommend? I saw a P608 but still 1200L/H. I want the flowrate to be more than enough for a 2feet, not something that is just enough. 2x1x1.5 so my tank is 76litres? so go for a power head 4-5times of it?
