3.5g nano planted tank

I decided to decommission shrimp tank for planted tank. Here are the information for this setup.

Tank dimension: 31cm (L) by 19 cm (W) by 26cm (H)

Filter: Atman HF-0400 Hang on Filter (450 litre/hr)

Filter medias: sponge, active carbon and ceramic rings

Light: 13W PL light

Substrate: Black quartz

Flora:

- Java moss (on the driftwood)
- Anubias nana (foreground)
- Water Wisteria (left background)
- Dwarf Rotala (right middleground)
- Unidentified plant (right corner background)

Fauna: I'm thinking of getting either sparkling gourami, pygmy cory, spotted blue eye or mosquito rasboras. Are they suitable for this nano tank? If yes, how many do I need to get for each species? A mix would be great too.

Water temperature: 26 Celsius/78.8 Fahrenheit to 28 Celcius/82.4 Fahrenheit

Other info: I'm adding liquid fertilizer (Seachem Flourish excel) daily but without Co2.

1. Will the plants survive/thrive in this environment?

2. Can anyone identify the unknown plant (right corner background) in Picture 3?

I did some research before buying and I hope I'm doing the right thing. All advices are appreciated. If you spot any mistakes, do let me know too. I'm here to learn. Thanks for viewing!

hey, are you using any plant soil or plant tablets?From what i see, your description stated substrate:black quartz. i think most of them or all of them are stem plants and the're supposed to be planted into the soil or else they will melt away. i don't know if i'm right actually Seachem Flourish excel is some sort of like CO2 and not liquid fertilizer. just my newbie opinion.

That very much correct, Seachem Excel is Co2 replacement, plant still need N, P, K and other trace mineral. All this can get it from either soil or fert dosing. Most importantly is light, more light = more fert. More light also mean more change of algae.

picture 3 is look like Bacopa sp. Also Anubias nana should not be plant on the ground. You should not buried the rhizome, otherwise it will melt

Thanks for the advice guys. I'll try to get the fert like those you mentioned and soil if I plan to change the scape again. The rhizome of the Anubias nana isn't buried underground and it's above the ground. Nevertheless, I'll get a rock to attach to it soon. Also, am I right to say 4~5 hours of light is enough for now? (without the fert yet)
