Red Cherry Shrimp eggs are WHITE? and how to get rid of snails too!

my red cherry shrimp eggs are white? i've heard they're yellow or green. but mine are white.? does this mean anything? i've had them for about 3 weeks. and 2 are already pregnant with WHITE eggs(not clear). does anybody know when they'll hatch? and will i have to take them out? due to other shrimps eatting

there are snails in my tank. i'm scared theres no method except manual way. which is going to take ages. the snails are very annoying and eatting my plants.if i put lettuce in the tank the shrimp will eat with the snails =='. anyone know how to kill them?
