Hi need some advice before i add any more fishes into my tank (60*30*45)

There's now 3 neon tetras, 1 SAE, 1 CAE, and about 40 Malayan shrimps. I noted that my shrimps started dying about 1 per day after my 5 fishes went in. I wonder does this mean that my bioload is already max. Furthermore, i intend to add in more neon tetras (about 15) and pgmy rasboras (about 20). Is this list too much? Does the rule of 1 inch per gallon apply to the shrimps too? Cos if so i already max out the tank liao cannot put anymore fishes...

NEON TETRAS WOULD BE PERFECT IF NOT FOR THE ^#&*!()%@^&@%# NEON TETRA DISEASE!!

IMO, Malayans are quite fragile and quite suseptable to death. It's ok to add in more fishes but I would not advise too many. 15 neons and 20rasboras may be too many. Maybe you could choose either one.
    Cheers!!
