    i find echindorus tellenus ( dwarf chain sword ) and dwarf sagitaria relatively easy to care for and grow into a lush carpet.

    Staurogyne repens require at least medium light. They are considered Hardy but the speed of growth depends on Light, CO2 and Nutrients just like other plants.
    Im keeping at least 30 plantlets since 2 weeks ago on 4ft 4X 54W T5 with pressurized CO2,so far the growth is slow. I'll wait and see how they will fair with my tank condition, I heard the growth should be rapid after 4-6 weeks.
