My solenoid seem to release co2 at a faster rate by itself after a week.Is there any way to solve this problem?

Example,I set it at 2bps but after about a week,it become 4 bps.

solenoid don't control bubble rate, a needle valve does.

Please tell us you regulator type, manual regulator, regulator with solenoid or something else.

    Wish to help.

ONh! JBJ regulator, not Italy made, more like Taiwanese Made.

    2 possibilities,
Regulator output pressure not stable or
    Needle Valve faulty.

Thats all I can think of....

does your regulator have 2 gauges?
does the gauges readings change over time?
if the working pressure gauge remains constant then it could be a needle valve problem.

why not bring your co2 set back to where you bought from and get them to check?

repair is normally not feasible , Replace is a better solution
