So bro xmant it is best to keep them apart just put them in breed box to x breed than put them back into their own tank 1st. Will that be consider 1 generation breeding?

So after the shrimplet should they be left in the tiger tank or should we move them into the crs tank?

You isolate your tigers and keep them at separate tank that suit tiger breeding condition. Have them inter-breed by themselves. The 1st gen shrimplet will then consider as F1 to your own tank condition. Along the way of up bringing the shrimplets, slowly adjust your water parameters to CRS breeding condition. Once they are mature, you can have them cross with CRS without much water parameters issue. The whole process may take you 4-6 months depend on your upbringing.
