~$90, electronic regulator , NA
Hi everyone,
I did a search for posts on regulator then I realised what I have at home is actually a throttle valve, which is giving me erratic output. My question is where can I get a proper regulator plus needle valve and what specs to look out for? My requirements are as follows: budget < $100, no need solenoid. I don't need very fine output, ½ bps is sufficient.
Many Thanks

nbk3,
Thanks for your reply.
Whats the difference from the normal regulator?
Search for the thread about 'can CO2 regulator be repair?'
Some bros have their solenoid faulty....always open to supply CO2....having problem finding spareparts....so can ask them to sell....I ask before and some are willing to sell at an attractive price.
To sport a proper regulator....it has NORMALLY 2 gauge , one showiing 1000psi (tank pressure) and the other showing <40psi. Most regulator come with 2gauges but some(1or 2 brand) come with only one gauge. Look for the gauge reading, if it shows 20-40psi, then it should be a proper one.
A regulator step down the CO2 pressure from 1000psi to 40psi and regulate at constant pressure, then with the help of needle valve, set to desire bps.
If you know what I mean.
weird , mine shows about 50-60psi [:0]
Some slight variation should be no problem. As long as it does its job....STEP DOWN and KEEP CONSTANT.
phew [:] i thot mine was a goner
