I think the only baby snakehead you can find is that of channa micropeltes aka toman. Others are normally sub-adults or adults.

You may want to do a bit more research on the species you want in specific as different species have different adult sizes. And it's always better to decide on one that you'll be able to provide for (eg. large enough tank) as the common toman does grow to about >60cm.
