    hey guys what is the recommanded l/hr filter for a 4x2x2ft planted tank? i have a 3000l/hr wavemaker as well.

    no more arowana? 1000l/hr of filter on each side would be enough, different media will also affect the flow rate.

    Yup.. out growing tank soon and no space for bigger tank.. so plan to come back planted..hmm.. due to my cabinet's design i can only stuff 1 filter in it.. so a 2000l/hr will be enough?

    2229 if you can find it has excellent flow. just don't use the wet/dry feature
