    Hi all,

    juz got the Dymax Econ set. Problem is I have no idea how to fill up the bubble counter with water (it is sealed up,no screw cap top.) Suggestions?

    haha.. dun know how others do it. what i do is to place one end in the water and suck the air out from the other end.

    Me did the same thing as well.

    But wash the bubble counter first before doing it.

    Probably the hole too small to let in water. Just like our airline tubing -- you try using that as a siphon without sucking in the air.

    Anyway, for the above, another method can use is a syringe to pump in the water.

    tried dunking the entire thing into a small pail of water, but cannot leh. so me use the suck method. so far so good, 2 type of bubble counter also can.. :P

    For the plastic bubble counter where the end caps cannot be removed, to fill it with water, the water filling the bubble counter should displaced the air inside the bubble counter.

    Dunking the whole bubble counter into a pail will not help as the water will not go in and air will not come out.

    What I did was to placed the bubble counter hole with the longer tube under a running tap (opened to the minimum). The water will go in via the longer tube at the same time the air can go out via the short tube. I do not have to suck on the bubble counter.
