    Hi all gurus,

Moving to a new 2ft set up. Brought wife and she liked bubles on glosso.

I know I need to source for a 2nd hand CO2 tank. But I need adv on how to CO2 my new 2ft outfit.

    My narrow thinking:
    1. Diffuse CO2 directly from CO2 tank into the aquarium
    2. Connect Enheim 2213 filter to CO2 tank before gg to my tank.

    Pls adv.

    Thanks
    Merduka

Hi for basics, the flow could be suggested as below

    CO2 tank > checkvalve > bubble counter > check valve > diffuser
Not really sure what you mean by connecting ehiem to CO2 tank though since one is for pressurized and the other for water filtration.. Hope this helps
    Cheers!

    CO2 tank> Regulator (Dual stages prefered, Solenoid optional) > checkvalve > bubble counter > check valve(optional) > diffuser/reactor

I guess what he means is to connect CO2 output to the inlet of the filter. It works like a reactor.

You will need this. I find that 'The Krib' is very useful when I was young

not too sure if 2213 can drive the reactor without significant drop in flow rate..perhaps a Pro series can do the job better. The classic bell design in the website seems interesting..just wonder if the CO2 level can be maintained and be evenly distributed within the tank.
The role of master and servant begin to cloud in the water..

    Hi gurus,

thanks for all your input. I am clear.... no need to mix CO2 and filter.

    regards
    Kenneth
