year it harden over time, not sure whether due to age or clorox that I use. How about eheim, I found new eheim hose is quite flexible. I do not like to flexible, afraid it become bend easily.

I'm currently rescaping my tank (already too late for CNY) and I want to change my green aquarium hose for something better and more flexible.
Was wondering if the ADA clear hose is flexible? Or is there any other hose? The reason I want the flexibility is because I often have issues routing the hosing from the pipes to the filter. And the hosing hardens over time... I wonder if that's a natural occurance?

You use Chlorox to wash your hoses? You're daring man...
I replaced mine with the stock hoses that came with my filter... maybe I'll give ADA Clear Hose a try in the future.

with clorox just remember to rinse and soak it with anti clorine/clorimine

flexibility shouldnt vary much IMO. the thicker the material used, naturally the harder it is what.
Moved on from plants to predatory fishes, but still finding for inspiration for a 3ft planted tank.

Try ADA and post the review here, I would like to know as well, the prize killing you though
