Brief Introduction

Hi all,

I am a new member that is one month old into the hobby and I am trying to find out more information if I can.

I currently have 15g tank and I overstocked initially because the LFS said that it was ok to have 5 rummy noses, 2 torpedoes, 3 albino corys, 3 golden barbs and 2 pink danios in the tank.

I was also advised that it takes one day for the tank to cycle. I know better now.

Just one question. Do you guys know of any good fish stores in Singapore who will give proper advise? And are just not out to make a quick buck?

Y618, talk to the uncle (The slimmer one). But make sure he is not busy when you talk to him. he is very willing to share and sometime advise me to buy things even when I am ready to make a purchase because he feel that it is not suitable.

There's an LFS at Ang Mo Kio Ave 3, around the Melben seafood place. The boss is a big sized guy who's very friendly. He helped me set up my 5 feet squarium last time and gave me good advice/contacts and constantly kept me informed about things. He also occasionally threw in freebies when I bought stuff. So... yeah... ya could check them out.
