Is a salamander right? Or specifically the Chinese Giant Salamander, not found locally nor is it legal to trade.
Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and he will drink beer while getting sunburnt.

yes its a salamander. its not legal to trade but if you ask some of the more unknown LFS they may want to sell you but most likely need to buy in around 10 pieces per time as they have to find the salamander from their suppliers. sorry but i do not know any of such LFS nor will i tell you even if i know but i'm only here to give you some ideas where you may buy. The looking part will be entirely up to yourself

This is one of the world's largest species of salamander, and lives in cool mountainous streams. It is a protected species in china and export out of china is strictly restricted. I dont think it is possible that you will be able to order these from an LFS.

You know you've posted in the wrong section as well right?
Anyway, there is a talking catfish, aka striped raphael or chocolate catfish. It makes a soft rumbling sound when you net it up.

Maybe he's looking for a catfish instead of a salamander?
As he only knows the chinese name?

You know when you go marine fishing, sometimes you will catch this fish that looks like stonefish and will like vibrate and make some croaking noise when you catch it. Looks quite cute.
