I bought a reg tiger lotus plantlet on Wednesday. I left it in a container with a few drops of liquid fert as I planned to plant it on Saturday when I rescape my tank. I left the container under my aquarium lights.

When I saw the plant this morning, the leaves all detached and the plant was a little disintegrated, what caused this to happen?

Is it because I did not plant it or is it because I exposed it to too much light?

    Tks

If i am not wrong, you can actually put the plant in a plastic big with a little bit of water and store it inside your refrigerator.
(Not the freezer but the chiller)

It can last about 1 or 2 days depending on the type of plants.

That is how our local plants are transpoted to other countries.

You should have try this method.

you said plantlet, so I assume it's not too big? Not not just float it in your tank? Thats the perfect storage medium if its only for a few days.
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.
