    Hi all,

I am currently using the Amway's Espring water purifier at home and here and there using it to top up my tank. But was wondering if it is okay, until now there were no problems but still i still wanted to make sure. Tested on the API 5-in-1 the only kit i have, and the results were pretty good.

So i am wondering if anyone is using this or have any idea whether it is suitable to be used? or i should still check for other water parameters.

Secondly, i have just starting to use the CO2 tablets to supplement ,previously i only use Flourish Excel and found my plants ain't doing very good. Now I am using 2 tabs weekly just after water change .

How can i tell (or buy to check) whether i am over doing it.
And should i add any more supplements?

    *Tank Info at signature.
Water Change 10% weekly or 5% twice a week
1/2 to 3/4 cap of flourish excel + 1/2 cap prime + 2 CO2 tabs after the weekly water change.

Hi for the CO2 concentration you might want to get a drop checker maybe from ANS Aquarium to test for optimum CO2 concentration... But i will still recommend a pressurized CO2 system for more consistent CO2 diffusion for better and more reliable results just got my system and the results so far ver satisfying!
    Cheers!
