1ft PL set for low maintainance tank

Hi looking for 1ft PL set for my 1ft 27 litres low maintainance tank without CO2 n filter. May i noe what light wattage are available in 1ft PL set. Plant are nana, xmas moss, e tenellus. Need adivse also as 1st time setup low maintainace tank without C02 n filter. Ani adivse are welcome. Another qns is can e tenellus survive in such a tank ?

I know that boyu has a 1ft PL light. It is 9W. If i am not mistaken, the PL light is red in colour. You may request the LFS to change it to a daylight tube for a 1 to 1 exchange.

It cost over $20.
You may consider it.
