Love it! I can imagine staring at it for hours. The lushness of the background stems is what caught me first. Do you intend to let the entire background fill up?

Nicely scaped! Care to share how long does your HC took to spread? I have planted mine for over a week but it is still looking to be the same!
    Cheers!

    Re: 270.- c.c.r.

EvolutionZ: I think you can order them online and are not expensive.

    griffinkid: Thank you.

I planted small groups and loose stems throughout the aquarium.

It took 3 or 4 weeks to begin to grow. (I imagine the time to adapt)

If the short vertical stem grows.

    Hope that helps.

    Greetings

    Hi Jose(?) Ola. :P

Just 1 word to describe this - WOW. Thanks for sharing this; it's very beautiful and inspirational.
I took your advice and had a beer in hand while watching your video - nice! hahaha.

    2 questions:

    1. what is your fertilization regime?
    2. do you have any algae growth given such high lighting?

    Re: 270.- c.c.r.

    Hi;

neverwalkalone: Thank you for your comments.

    I tell you:

    Fertilization:

Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday: KNO3 and KNO3SO4

Tuesday and Thursday: Faith and micros Seachem
    Saturday nothing.

Change twice weekly 30% water (60% per week).

Normally fertilized "calculator fertilization" and add half as indicated.

Sometimes, instead of KNO3 and KNO3SO4 add commercial fertilizer.

With respect to algae, the first few weeks was a horror, green algae, of all kinds.

If you look at the rocks is a bit of algae.

Seachem exel + shrimp + water changes, and soon disappeared.

I think the light is not always the cause of the algae, I have another tank with more than 1.5 W / l without CO2 over a year and has no algae.

I think, after reading and learning a lot in this forum, that the problem of algae are imbalances in the aquarium.

Of course, the greater light, more growth and more attached to the substrate grow plants.

Anything you want please ask me.

Thanks again for your comments and greetings ahh and the next beer in my house

Nice photographs too, I must say you are good in both aquascaping and photography. What camera are you using to take all these great photos?

Ahzai: It is an honor to your comment. Thank you very much.

    jeffteo
    : Thank you.

The camera is a Canon G11.

I now use a trick after much playing with it (this camera is new to me).

Shot in manual, top speed 1 / 125 (minimum fish move that fast when swimming) F match between 3 and 5.6 and high ISO (watch the particles!!).
No manual white balance ,i use "underwater", as it accentuates the red (red is lost to three meters underwater.)

Do not use flash, and the last pan is half of the aquarium light.

Some photos of before and after pruning....

    Beautiful!!!
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.
