That's about 5wpg. Pretty high and you need to be careful with this much of light. Try lowering to 36W to get things in order first. At this light level and a good CO2 level, your tank consumes nutrients faster.----------------

Yes, with this light, the growing tip of your BJ will turn brownish. It's okay. As for algae, what are they? Some of it may be due to your generous light.
Fe- about 0.5ppm.
K- 20~30ppm. Some tanks do with just 10~15ppm.
Mg- depends on whether you use Coral chips and how regular you change water. I change 50% fortnightly and dose not more than 2ppm at the beginning of the second week.
