The plant - some kind of Rotala sp. or Bacopa sp?
Interesting, found it growing in the wild here? Or at a farm?

The cory is either corydoras ambiacus or corydoras agassizii.

Observe that there are a lot of roots at the bottom part of the submersed plant. The plant is from Asia region.
