If the rock is round in shape like a pebble, you can use netting to wrap the fissiden to the rock.
If the rock is an odd shaped or something with an irregular surface, then you may need to use fishing line.
IMHO, super glue would probably not work. That said, I've never tried that method myself. :-p

try first..then you will know...![]()
I stick to fishing line for the best results. Works very well especially with lava rocks.

just use string to tie them together but not too tight
superglue can! tried and tested.
Does super glue leave behind a whitish mark which shows through the fissidens ?
If so how long does it last ?
Suppose I need to cover an entire rock with fissidens how far apart do I have to glue the fissidens to get a evenly covered rock ?
TIA.
For superglue application. How do you do it? I'm thinking of just apply a very small amount on a point of the fissiden then stick it to the stone. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Is there any specific type of superglue that can be use?
Err isn't superglue toxic to fish? Or are we talking about silicon glue? Just wondering, coz my life would be SO MUCH easier if superglue worked. It's gonna be SUPERGLUE MADNESS.
