1.Can the timer be set to auto on and auto off?or issit just auto off only?or auto-on only?

those small clips around e perimeter r for u to adjust ur selected time to on n off...
by pressing it in, u r selecting it to be on at tat time...
all u need to do is to press e whole lot of them e.g. if u wan it to be on fr 1pm to 11pm, jus press all e clips down on e big clock.

2.at the side of it there's a clock like logo and a I logo.what does it mean?

If not wrong, e "O" is off n "I" is ON.

3.there is a small arrow pointing northeast direction at the face of the timer.what doe it indicate to?

    Its e on off indicator

    4.how to use it overall?

If still not sure, can sms me at 94862582, Kelvin.

1.Can the timer be set to auto on and auto off?or issit just auto off only?or auto-on only?
    >>Can be auto on AND auto off.
(Assume we use this timer to turn on tank light, this help me to explain easier later)

2.at the side of it there's a clock like logo and a I logo.what does it mean?
    >>Switch to clock logo - means use it as timer on/off
    >>Switch to I logo - means bypass the timer and set it to on always. We switch to I to turn on the light when the light is currently off.

If this function is not available, we got to remove the timer...reconnect the light to power point directly and turn it on again..isn't it troublesome?

3.there is a small arrow pointing northeast direction at the face of the timer.what doe it indicate to?

    >> this arrow indicate the activation point....when the round dial (with tabs that can be pushed in or pulled out) passes that arrow, that is the place that indicate the point of action according to you setting of the tab (in or out)

    4.how to use it overall?
Can anyone advise me thoroughly?im really blur in all
    >> Wah! charm boy!!

    a. you look at the big round dial, you should see 0 to 24 marking, this indicate 24hour timer.

    b. you should see 4 movable tabs for every hour. That means 1 tab equal to 15minutes setting. That means the smallest interval you can set is 15minutes

    c. this tabs can be pushed in or pulled out. I cannot tell in=on or in=off for now, we can do the experiment later.

    d. Pluck it into the power socket, pluck the light into the timer. Then turn on the power. SET it to CLOCK LOGO.

    e. now turn the big dial clock wise until the NE arrow pointing at your current time. And now we are ready setup the timer. (remember to turn on the power, and the timer Dial is actually turning)

    f. Move some tabs in or out so that some are in an some are out. (that means some will turn off and some will turn on the light.)

    g. Now use you hand to turn the bight dial clockwise, while doing that the light will be turn on and off while passing through the tabs. By now you should know what tab-in and tab-out means.

    h. The above is an experiment to help you understand the timer. You should get it by now right?
NOW preset all your tabs and then turn it until arrow pointing the current time, turn on the power and the timer will be ticking.

    Thats all
