Baby Crays!
Ok so here is the situation that I'm quite concerned and worried about, hoping to clear my doubts! Please help me out, thanks alot!
I have been placing my berried crayfish in a plastic transparent tub roughly 3feet. Using sponge filter and air stone to provide enough air into the tub. Many big and small pvc pipes, big and small stones and plants to provide enough hiding place and security.
My mum has been overfeeding quite abit and I wasn't able to clear the leftovers and there are plenty now all over. Countless white worms everywhere but i do know they are harmless, but complete harmless to the babies and the mummy cray?
I'm going to separate the mummy and the babies soon after a few more days, the water doesn't stink at all and not cloudy/yellowish or whatever. Just worms and leftover algae wafers and sinking pellets. Will it be fine? Will it cost any of the babies to die? Latest Saturday i will be changing water for it.
IF anyone looking to give away your 2feet stand or tanks, let me know! I need to house the babies, i already have a 1.5feet tank prepared since last month for the mummy.
Thanks for the help!
