Carrefour offer $10.90 for one timer and one multi plug. Something like that.
Go to bugis street. All the way in to the durian stall. Beside there is a shop something like those typical "closing down Sale" shop. U can find those timer exactly the same u saw in Carrefour only $7.90 $1 cheaper
Try Handfix DIY store at Thomson Plaza.
It is selling at 9.90 and comes with a 8pack AA batteries.
Using it for the past 1 week, no problemz..
Bought that timer from Carrefour... used it awhile for my MH light..... spoilt after few days..... sigh

Too late, can't find out for you cos I already junked it.
My advice is that if you intend to use if for high wattage application like MH or high wattage lighting, use a better quality timer. I have ever open up a cheap timer and find that the contacts in there is quite flimsy. IMO, it can be a potential fire hazard, especially if arcing can occur between the contacts.

bclee,
you're right, the high powered load was the cause of the timer premature failure. To overcome this matter, I used a contactor to switch on the MH lights and CO2. Then I used a the timer to control the contactor. Now switching both 150W MH lights on together is not a problem anymore.
