I am using a Jebo 918, way over kill. thus I pipe the outlet to a pipe with a few holes to reduce the output flow.

At 440l/hr, the 2213 is overkill. What you can do is install a valve on the filter outlet and partially close that to help reduce the flow.

You can also install a rain bar (aka spray bar) to spread the flow. Place it about an inch below the water surface and blow the water parallel to the surface.

Recommended flow is 2 to 3 times the tank volume per hr.

Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:

A woman: without her, man is nothing.
