try bioplast at boon keng, they do on the spot refiles..
Today I went to Seaview and I saw a customer brought his C02 tank to refill.
Must I buy the original tank from Seaview in order to get to them to refill for me?
I saw aluminum cylinders in other shops, wonder if Seaview willing to topup for these tanks or even normal types too?
