That's normal behaviour for Java ferns. They will grow out fine.

Is my Java ferns are lacking something as the end of the new leafs are semi-translucent.
I am already dosing Seachem Flourish once a week after water change, Excel every other day and Potassium 2-3 times a week. Running on DIY CO2 with 2 x 1.5 liter bottles. Other plants seems to be doing well other than the Frogbit leafs dying off now and then with new leafs and runners growing. Nana and moss are doing fine with no sign of deficiency.
Any advice? Thanks.

I concur. :-)
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.

As always, thanks for the help.
This is weird for the Java fern. Luckily it is not melting of some sort.
If the whole leaf is translucent, I think it will look very nice.

That's actually signs of new growth... No worries :-)

Try to dose excel 3 times a week. I think once a week is too little as fert only stays in water for around 2-3 days after which it will be fully absorbed by plants, substrate or become ineffective forms.
