Congrats bro! Im wondering what's your PH using the Sudo sand? cheers!
My water ph is around 5.8 and yes bro I'm using sudo bottom sand... I had to keep changing the leaves in order to keep the ph low... But if using soil won't be that much hassle...
My Borelli Pair that spawn last year...
IMO soil substrate like ADA amazonia and africana serves every effective to bring down the ph of the water to suit the spawning of apistos and also condition them with frozen food or live food!
