I iike them when they turned brown. Otherwise they are just "colorless" or mildly tinted. Their colour can be clearly seen mostly from the back of their body, the side body coloring is unpreditable.

Very nice shrimp! I rather fancy malayan shrimp than the more colourful crs.
Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and he will drink beer while getting sunburnt.

Yes, they can change color to the background to camouflage. Some call it Rainbow Shrimp.

Mine are colorless. Would they turn to such nice color as they grow bigger? Anyways to help enhance their color from colorless to such nice brown?

Thanks. They will be colorless when you just get them but when they settle down in the tank, their color will slowly develop. The male are more colorless and smaller.
I did not do any thing special for the shrimps. No shrimp food nor calcium additive. They just eat what my fish eats and algae in the tank. Maybe they had been feasting on the Cory's pellet food thats why the color turns out better?
