tie some moss/fissiden on ur wood? they will love the cold temperature.
I am actually looking out for someone to let go some loose fissiden in the marketplace.
But in the day when the lights and fan are not on yet, the temperature will go up to 28. Will it be a problem? Air-con are on only when I am home in the evening.
Looks wild to me... Mainly low tech plant... Nice rubbish tank with style bro... Nice work...
Bro, the plant can survive without any soil??
All the plant in there are java fern, mini java, nana and the long stalk big leaves like lotus ( dunno it's name hehe ) are air root plant... Does not need soil... But the 2 potted plant I'm not sure wat plant is that... But mostly plant came from that plastic pot need soil...
The 2 plastic pot, on the left is Hemianthus Micranthemoides (Pearl Grass) and on the right is hair grass. The pearl grass is temporary till I fill my Nano. Hair grass was from a failed experiment and still trying to revive it. And yes, both need soil thats why they are in pot.
Some test shots...
For a moment i thought you had some sort of freshwater eel in your tank.
You are right, it does resembles an eel...
Some updates after 50% water change. Made some minor rearrangement on the right side. This is was I like most of my rubbish tank, can rearrange easily as and when I like to.
Growing some Christmas Moss on wire mash
Waaa!! very big tank. Look like some wild pond. The fish looks healthy, not skinny at all.
Harrr. From LFS selling plants to wild pond...
Nice 2ft rubbish tank hehee
Try to keep the species of fishes to one kind, will definetly improve your scape and it will change to a non rubbish tank. LOL!
Nevertheless nice effort without subtrate. Keep it going!!

Added this Long Fin Zebra Danio yesterday. Used to have quite a few before I upgrade my tank which all died when I introduce them too quickly to the new tank which was immediately cycled. Seem like the Long Fin is not as hardy as the normal Zebra. All the normal Zebra survived the migration... Lesson learned, always acclimatized your fish no matter how hardy they are...
