female should be available in most lfs, how to ID them? Simpliest is female sports a reddish belly when she is ready to breed, other sign will be females are always less colourful compared to their male counterpart

What do u feed your fries with? i'm currently feeding my 2 rams w normal feed that i got for my cardinals. do the fries take these fish food or do they have other dietary requirements?
by the way, how do i pm you?

Is holland ram refering to 'Microgeophagus ramirezi' or is it a different breed? and any idea where can i find out how it looks like?


Hi Simon, i got my existing 2 rams from 'that aquarium' at khatib area... they got a tankful of rams when i bought mine and i cant seem to find a female among all the fishes.

Can try Toh Farm in LCK. They have female Rams.

feed the fries bbs (baby brine shrimp) till around 3 weeks old. then feed with daphnia or cut up blood worm. from there, they grow real fast.
holland ram is the same as m raminez.
i think tiong bahru (ben) might hv female ones.

look for the box "msg me" in that person's message box to pm someone.

I just bought a female blue ram for Tiong Bahru Ben's last night. They still have quite a number of female blue rams. Of course, the nicest one has be taken by me and is swimming happily in my tank now.
