gH and kH are one of the most important things for survival of CRS. Too much will be too hard for them to molt, too soft will have problem regenerate their shell. kH is important to act as a buffer for the pH. You need to have the perfect balance of all 3 parameters. PRL are more sensitive than normal CRS, you must be very lucky to breed them without real knowledge of the water parameter. Haiz, i must be super unlucky liao. hee hee
