when i went to the shop to buy chemical to treat water the person sold me anti ich... i was new and did not really take a look at that time. so does anti ich remove chlorine from tap water?

No, they are for different purposes.
By the way, you want to get something that can remove both chlorine and Chloramine.

my fish seems fine as i change water twice already though... and if i get one to treats chlorine can i use both at the same time?
Use anti ich only when fish has ich.
Use anti-chlorine only when changing water.....
Best is to get water conditioner that treats both chlorine and chloramine.
I am using seachem prime.
I think the best chlorine and chloramine is the nutrafin aqua plus tap water conditioner. I've been using it for years in my planted tank
