hi! Im having the same problem. read at this website http://www.csd.net/~cgadd/aqua/art_plant_nutrient.htm
    and http://paul.aaquaria.com/conditions/Pageset.htm
that it has to do with a potassium deficiency. Right now, I'm using JBL Ferropol for water column fertilization; about 2'outer caps' per week. intially did 1 'outercap' for about 2 weeks, when i started to notice this problem, so increased dosage.( mine is 23 gall tank) probably is a silly thing for me to do; m actually thinking of whether i should get some potassium sulphate from that guy who sells PMDD. advice from experts?

    Thank you for your reply.
I have Potasium Sulphate from Dr. Mallick. Maybe I did not dose enough. Can spare some for you if you want to try out.

Any expert here could advice me if I need to dose Calsium Sulphate?

Your first plant don't look like K deficiency. What traces dosage you are using?

You 2nd plant looks like suffering from Ca deficiency. Did you just trim it and the symptom appear?

    I dose KNO3, KH2PO4, K2SO4, trace element with Fe.
I dose Lushgro Micro trace element bought from Dr. Mallick. I dose it by measuring the Fe to reach 0.05 to 2 ppm.

Yes, the seond pic is new leaves after a trim. The plant grows fast. I need to trim every 2-3 days.
