    Just put a siphon @ the end of the outlet tube and suck the water out. This is similar to the priming action....No need to get a self priming filter.

    i bought the eheim 2213 oredi.hehe....so far ok.but must get the double tap also.if not very troublsome when it comes to maintenance.
